Service Agreement
All services provided by Arete Lettings Ltd. are subject to a written service agreement. Terms and conditions will be agreed upon prior to commencement of services.
Payment Terms
Rental payments are processed through an automated BACS system. Payments are made monthly in arrears on the agreed payment date (typically the last day of the month).
Cancellation Policy
Contract cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Minimum contract periods apply. Please contact us for details.
